Who we are
Automotion Global runs this website and decides what information it collects and why. If you have a question about your information, message us on WhatsApp at +86 171 6962 3153.
The website is built and maintained for us by Built Studio LLC, who act only on our instructions.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote. The quote form does not send your details to us or store them. It writes your request, including your name, company and the vehicles you want, into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive it in WhatsApp and use it only to answer you and prepare your quote.
While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your own browser so that they survive a page reload. They are never sent anywhere and they disappear when you close the tab.
When you visit. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. We see how many people viewed a page, where they came from, their country and their type of device, and how fast the pages loaded. We cannot see who you are. If a search finds no vehicle, we also keep the words you typed, so that we can add the vehicle or the word. We do not keep a search that looks like an email address, a web link or a phone number.
Like every website, our host records technical information about each request, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we never collect. No account, no password, no payment details and no cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not buy information about you from anyone.
Why we are allowed to use it
- To answer the request you sent us and prepare a quote, at your request, before any agreement between us.
- Because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting this website and knowing how many people use it.
How long we keep it
- Quote form answers: never stored by this website. They stay in your browser until you close the tab.
- Server logs and visit counts: kept by Vercel for a limited period under its own settings, then deleted.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in our WhatsApp account, where we use them to handle your request.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information. Only the companies that help us run this website see any of it, and only as far as they need to do their job:
| Company | What they do |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts and serves this website, keeps its server logs and counts visits. |
| Meta (WhatsApp) | Carries the messages you choose to send us, including quote requests. |
| Google (YouTube) | Plays a video only when you press play on one. |
| Sanity | Stores the vehicle listings we publish. It holds nothing about visitors. |
| Hostinger | Runs our domain name and email. |
Some of these companies are based outside your country, including in the United States. We also share information where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send it to you in a file you can reuse, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
This website itself keeps nothing that identifies you, so most requests will be about a WhatsApp conversation with us. Message us at +86 171 6962 3153 and we will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we never hand your information to someone else.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. The only things it keeps in your browser are your quote form answers, whether you have already seen the opening animation, and the last catalogue view you used, and all of them disappear when you close the tab.
Keeping it safe
Traffic to this website is encrypted, and access to the systems behind it is limited to the people who need it. We review the security of this website regularly. No website can promise it will never be attacked, so if something goes wrong and it affects you, we will tell you.
Children
This website is for businesses and adult buyers. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
